The elevator worked seamlessly, and the front desk staff were super friendly. The location was amazing, just a short walk to 4-5 minutes to the metro and bus station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. My room was clean and exceeded my expectations.

The reception chommies were super chill, helping me out at 2 AM when I thought someone was knocking. Room was unexpectedly fresh and comfy, much better than I imagined! Plus, it was just a lekker stroll to metro and yummy restaurants around, felt really safe coming back at night.

Air conditioning issues need addressing!!! Water temperature inconsistencies should be resolved!!! A kettle for hot beverages would greatly improve guest comfort!!!

stayed at this hotel and was absolutely dissapointed with the lack of a mirror and noisy neighbors. also, after such inconvenient issues, one woudl think the staff would offer some kind of compensatory upgrade, but nope, nothing. I almost thought about giving a decent review, but the overall experience was a letdown.
